U-Tapao International Aviation (UTA) Headquarters

Located on Vibhavadi Rangsit Road, the U-Tapao International Aviation (UTA) Headquarters is a 1,000-square-metre workplace designed to support the strategic development of U-Tapao International Airport and the Eastern Aviation City—one of the flagship initiatives within Thailand's Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC).

Conceived as a contemporary headquarters, the project expresses UTA's vision of innovation, connectivity, and progress through an architectural language inspired by the future of aviation. The three-storey building presents a dynamic composition of clean geometries and fluid forms, reflecting the movement, precision, and technological advancement associated with the aviation industry.

A defining feature of the design is the reinterpretation of UTA's swan-wing logo, which is translated into the building's façade to create a distinctive architectural identity. The sculptural façade introduces rhythm, depth, and visual lightness while reinforcing the organisation's brand presence in a refined and contemporary manner.

The scope of work encompassed both architectural and interior design, ensuring a cohesive design language throughout the project. Workspace planning prioritises flexibility, collaboration, and operational efficiency, creating an environment that supports the evolving needs of the organisation while fostering innovation and productivity.

The result is a forward-looking corporate headquarters that reflects UTA's ambition to become a key aviation gateway for Asia, embodying the spirit of progress, excellence, and sustainable growth at the heart of Thailand's future aviation landscape.
