The Government Complex Commemorative His Majesty the King's 80th Birthday Anniversary (Chaeng Watthana) Phase Zone C is a large-scale office and mixed-use development spanning a total Approximate the area of 660,000 square meters.
Our team participated in the project management using Building Information Modeling (BIM) systems, serving as the BIM Manager for the main contractor during the construction of the North Building and the Atrium. Our scope of work included:
- Strategic BIM Planning: Establishing the master plan and frameworks for overall BIM implementation.
- BIM Standard Guidelines: Defining workflows, procedures, and execution standards.
- Consulting & Coordination: Providing expert consultation and managing data coordination across all teams.
- Quality Assurance: Monitoring, controlling, and auditing the quality of the BIM models.
- Clash Detection: Conducting intra-building and inter-building clash analysis to resolve spatial conflicts.
- Reporting & Documentation: Preparing comprehensive BIM summaries and progress reports for the project.
